What You'll Do
You will join Cisco's Tax Accounting & Compliance organization helping to manage and review monthly close of foreign entities, preparation of offshore investment gain/loss, APB23 analysis, preparation of international portions of US Federal income tax returns, disclosure statements, and other supporting documents.

* Manage the monthly foreign income tax provision process
* Maintain cumulative E&P schedule and foreign tax pool.
* Review foreign provision to tax return true-ups
* Assist in the preparation of international portions of the US federal income tax returns (Forms 1120F, 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, disclosure statements, etc.)
* Review calculation of foreign current tax provision and deferred taxes prepared by local controller and/or outside service provider.

Who You'll Work With
Your team conducts financial close every month, review annual foreign provision to tax return true-ups, and assist in the preparation of the international portion of the US income tax return. The team works closely with accounting workgroups and our external Big4 Partner for foreign provision and tax return compliance.

Who You Are
You are an exceptional Senior Tax Analyst who is hardworking, eager to learn, and looking for work-life balance. You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, previous experience in public accounting preferred but not required, strong in excel and software skills.

Our minimum requirements for this role:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline
* 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax department
* Working knowledge of tax return preparation software and Excel
* Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills required
* Must be a team player

Desired Skills
* CPA/Masters in Tax
* At least 2 years of tax experience in US international tax compliance
* Project management skills
* Understanding of FAS 109 accounting for income taxes with relevant experience
* One Source knowledge a plus
