Position Summary: CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pharmacy Technician. As the Senior Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the Pharmacy. Superb communication will be key as you be interacting with all levels of management in this leadership role. You will also serve to ensure correct receipts, cycle counting and maximize space utilization utilizing all systemic tools and Lean Management philosophies. As the Senior Inventory Coordinator will also monitor inventory levels and product movement.
Other responsibilities include:
Ensuring product mix (most efficient plan-o-gram).
Facilitating efficient order fulfillment.
Contributing to a safe and orderly working environment.

Required Qualifications: Illinois Pharmacy Technician License or proof of application.
Nationally Certified with in one year of employment or Grandfathered in by the state of Illinois.
One year computer experience in a Windows with good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to lift 75lbs.
Preferred Qualifications: SAP Inventory Management System experience preferred Process improvement – Lean/Six Sigma Management, experience and certification preferred. Experience with Manufacturing Practices – Writing SOP’s and/or Work Instructions Experience in training others on policies and procedures Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician as required by the state BOP. Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
Education:High school or equivalent.
