to be based in New Brunswick, NJ.

will work closely with the development team and business user groups to
translating business needs and requirements into clearly and easily understood
documents. In addition the will forecast, deploy and manage business analyst
resources in support of ETCS projects.
Senior Leader, Business Analyst will:
with the business to translate requirements for IT spring cycles and in a
consumable format and terminology for developers (includes project charters,
use cases, data flows, wireframes…etc). Explain to the business how
requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint
the business analyst resource pool
user acceptance testing or assists unit testers so that requirements are
day to day platform configuration management
an IT system or systems that the business uses, maps out business processes to
serve as reference for development and IT support
compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provide documentation
and participates in compliance activities as required
other work related duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science or business administration
is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
minimum of 8 years of overall related business experience is required; diverse
experience in IT and previous experience in a business analyst role is
minimum of 3-5 years of people management experience is required.
experience, technology leadership experience is preferred.
knowledge of industry and business process trends is required; knowledge related
to ETCS product line is preferred.
of enterprise architecture and application development methodologies is
broad understanding of product line capabilities and limitations of existing
systems is preferred.
ability to learn business and complex processes quickly is required.
ability to understand and work across multiple business domains in support of
projects is required.
communication, leadership and critical thinking skills are required.
experience in an Agile environment is preferred.
in Microsoft office is preferred.
ability to work from objectives with minimal guidance or supervision is
with software development methodologies is required.
ability to partner with development teams that support various technology
platforms is preferred.
relationship management skills are preferred.
position is based in New Brunswick, NJ.
position may require up to 10-20% domestic and international travel.
