We re looking for a Learning and Communications Designer to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team and help us equip, engage, motivate, and inspire LinkedIn employees to do the best work of their careers.

Responsibilities :
  • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of learner-centered design process
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create holistic design solutions that address business, brand and defined requirements
  • Work with LX (learning experience) design and L&D communications teams to deliver final products
Basic Qualifications :
  • BA/BS degree in design communication, learning design or related field of study
  • 5 + years of experience working in a learning, design, and communications role
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience designing within a learning context and familiarity with instructional design methods
  • Familiar with web design principles as well as current web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Ability to present cohesive design approaches to a non-design audience
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Ability to grasp multiple requirements with careful attention to detail
  • Agency experience a plus, but not necessary
