The Senior Manager position will be responsible for the creating and executing the strategy for the Application & Data Integration projects across all Johnson & Johnson Group Operating Companies (GOCs). He/she will be responsible for managing the delivery teams, including development, implementation and support of integrations across multiple regions and business processes, with focus on increased process efficiencies. The scope of the role will include the identification and deployment of innovative integration technologies which provide business insights to achieve our strategic business objectives. The Senior Manager position will collaborate with Business Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Application Services Peers, Global Technology Services and External Partners to apply Enterprise technology and development capabilities to deliver solutions that rapidly meet business needs.

Key technology capabilities include Application & Data Integration, as well as Process Integration capabilities. These capabilities will be implemented through Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and ETL tools (ex. Informatica, SAP PI & webMethods). He/she will be responsible for Data Ingestion associated with Big Data Solutions (ex. Cloudera/Hadoop). Applications involved may be SaaS/Paas/IaaS or hosted within Johnson & Johnson. This role is responsible for collaborating with senior business partners and leading teams to shape needs, align roadmaps and deliver portfolio of projects with Agile delivery teams. Experience in High Performance Computing and great aptitude for leading result-oriented teams for enterprise level implementations are key requirements for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and execute Application and Data Integration Strategy
• Be the owner of one or more services at the regional or global level
• Partner with Johnson & Johnson Business and IT Leadership to create an Application & Data Integration Technology service strategy and roadmap
• Lead Integration Technology implementations and provide services across Johnson & Johnson
• Lead a team of onsite and offshore developers to deliver integration solutions
• Take the demand for integration services from business IT partners and other dominant service providers to convert them to integration solutions
• Provide the L3 support and subject matter expertise to the integration support engagements
• Be the liaison between development team and infrastructure team
• Partner with business product owners to define the IT capabilities, build roadmaps, establish project portfolio, prioritize backlog and deliver the solutions utilizing an Agile delivery model
• Provide technology leadership to influence and apply enterprise architecture to accelerate our ability to meet current business needs, to scale and to adapt to dynamic business needs
• Provide technology leadership in the area of application & data integrations to deliver solutions that integrate with ERP and SaaS applications
• Attract, develop and retain top talent and build high performing team and culture. Manage team of resources who work with the business to shape integration requirements and deliver solutions utilizing Agile IT sprint cycles
• Map out complex business processes to serve as reference for development of integration solutions and advocate for business process simplification where appropriate to deliver robust and cost effective solutions
• Oversees progress of work in multiple Agile Scrum work streams
• Co-ordinates work streams, activities and initiatives across Product Lines as needed
• Write, manage, and clarify complex story points or assists Leads and Senior Analysts with the task
• Ensure compliance requirements are met, oversees documentation activities and participates in compliance activities as required
• Ensure successful business product owner engagement and completion of user acceptance testing
• Accountable for application support of integration platforms via Service Level Management with Application Service teams
• This position also requires strong analytical and project management skills, with strong communications skills and the ability to give presentations and public speaking are required

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent is required
• A minimum of ten (10) years of overall experience in information technology is required
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience Application & Data Integration technologies (ex. Informatica, SAP PI & webMethods) is required
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience with Java is preferred
• Understanding of and experience with Big Data technologies and solution architecture (Hadoop / AWS / Cloudera) is preferred
• Strong experience with SAP integrations (IDOCs, BAPI, RFC) is a plus
• Experience with AWS and cloud based system integration (SAAS, PAAS, IAAS) is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work with business partners to define integration strategy and to implement application and data integration solutions at enterprise level is required
• Business Relationship management and demonstrated experience partnering with operating company business partners to develop plans and deliver solutions is preferred
• Team management experience is preferred
• Project Management experience is preferred
• Must have the ability to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to senior management effectively
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple franchises in a matrix environment to get results is preferred
• Experience working with external partners, customers and data providers is preferred
• Experience working with Application Services and key vendors is preferred
• Must have strong relationship building skills, influencing enterprise Architecture, internal and external stakeholders with shared and divergent interests
• Experience in a global matrix environment preferred
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, build productive relationships, make decisions in an ambiguous environment, understand technical concepts, manage a portfolio of projects and effectively communicate are required for this role
• Must have proven experience with Agile/DevOps/Lean and be able to multi-task, be dependable, and have continuous commitment to improvement with a metrics driven approach to ensure appropriate delivery, inspection and quality
• Experience in working with Regulatory Applications (Examples: GxP, SOX and PII) is preferred
• Experience in the Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industries with strong business acumen is preferred
• Must be self-motivated and be able to operate with minimal supervision
• This position requires up to 15% travel and is located in Raritan, NJ
