Responsibilities:

Provides financial, analytical, reporting and strategic support to Accounts Receivable (AR). This role provides direct financial, planning and forecasting, analytical, and reporting support of all Credit, Collections, Cash Application, Billing, Dispute Resolution, and Customer to Cash (C2C) initiatives. Ensures governance and compliance in all Accounts Receivable processes and activities. Provides oversight, metrics, audits of our outsource partner's productivity and performance. Ensures the integrity of all AR data and the safeguarding of the AR asset, including account reconciliations, oversight and coordination of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls and narratives, Internal and External Audit reviews and inquiries, along with Legal inquiries. Manages all AR analysis and reporting requirements. Leads the AR Financial Control team.



Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 7 years' experience in related filed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and minimum 7 years' experience in related filed
  • Certified Public Account (CPA) preferred

  • Experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience in reporting and other tools and systems to include SQL, Cognos, Access and Excel
  • Thorough understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and best practices.
  • Understands the strategies, systems, procedures, key drivers and operations of the OD C2C processes.
  • Understands the accounting, financial reporting, metrics and other financial techniques.
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP and its relationship to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Thorough understanding of Abandoned Property reporting requirements
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skill and problem solving ability
  • Solid listening skills.
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate confidently, articulate information.
  • Takes ownership and is accountable. Assumes leadership role.
