The Senior Manager, Business Process, Monitoring, Reporting & Analytics has a leadership role within the Professional Relations & Operations Organization. This individual is responsible for all health care professional and entity key business processes, to include driving continuous improvement of processes to drive simplicity and efficiency, and driving key areas of health care professional monitoring and reporting, such as US HCP Open Payments across J&J Medical Devices.  He/she will lead day to day operational excellence through collaboration, consistency, and process simplification within MD PR&O and in conjunction with the Medical Device business leaders. Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Manages a staff of approximately 10+ people; J&J employees and Outsourced contract team
Leads and professionally develops a sustainable organization through executing the functional strategies, developing best-in-class service, processes and systems, and maintaining a lean, highly professional operational team.  Requires excellence in execution and actively seeks continuous improvement
Attracts, develops & retains diversity and talent  
Operates within a total PR&O operating budget of approximately $27.2 million 
Adheres to all applicable U.S federal health care program laws and FDA regulations including the Physician Sunshine Act (Open Payments)
Leads major PR&O business processes for OneMD, including planning and leading process improvement implementation projects
Partnering with and supporting PR&O team members and key business stakeholders to gather voice of customer and resolve process issues and questions
Lead teams through redesign of complex processes to simplify and drive efficiency and effectiveness, with the ability to identify and analyze requirements for change and solution options against time, cost, resourcing constraints  
Collaborate closely with Healthcare Compliance, Business Partners, Law Department and Business Colleagues to ensure business needs are met in a timely and compliant manner
Follow laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times
Actively support our compliance program-related initiatives and activities
Execute the Professional Relations Operations strategy for Business Process, Monitoring, Reporting & Analytics for OneMD
Lead front-end business partner support and onboarding for all Professional Relations Operations new business ventures, acquisitions, and center of excellence (CoE) expansion
Partner with the PR&O HCP Engagements team to respond to third party audits of HCP/E Engagements & Contracts, and support PR&O Business Systems team for any system improvements 
Manage staff and talent development for the HCP Professional Relations Operations. Ensure proper on-boarding, training/development and succession planning, as well as foster a high performance environment and culture of collaboration and innovation and expectation of excellence in execution of work
Participate in benchmarking J&J and other industries for Best-in-Class Professional Relations services and operations
Leadership responsibility for assuring necessary tools, policies and procedures are developed and integrated to support and comply with all legal, regulatory and HCC policies to include Advamed, PharMa, ACCME, etc.
Drive process harmonization and simplification across OneMD, and in conjunction with Legal and HCC
Implement and execute metrics monitoring and testing programs to ensure ongoing compliance to processes and regulations
Lead the creation and management of processes that support PR&O activities and projects
In conjunction with HCC policy, develop processes for monitoring various HCP/E engagements, such as but not limited to HCP/E contracting and payments, HCP/E payment thresholds, HCP travel and entertainment, HCP Government employee disclosures, and HCP reportable expenses for US Open Payments 
Record and monitor unplanned HCC deviations related to all PR&O HCP/E consulting activity, payments, and travel policies
Ensure timely and thorough US Open Payments reporting, reconciliation, and dispute resolution where necessary
Support and coordinate testing and audits of HCP/E Engagements, Contracts, Payments, etc. as needed 
Coordinate responses as requested in support of litigation requests
Facilitate the development of procedural work instructions, job aids, process flows 
Prepare adhoc, monthly and quarterly departmental reports and metrics
Enable strong collaboration with PR&O teams and stakeholders to drive compliant HCP engagement processes
Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility
Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period
Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures
Complete required periodic re-training in areas such as safety and environmental compliance 
Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area
Promote safety to all associates that enter work area
Follow Health Care Compliance guidelines as well as follow operating room training and safety standards (Bloodborne pathogens training, etc.)

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
A minimum of 7 years in progressive business roles is required
A minimum of 3 years’ people management experience is required 
Prior project management experience required
Proven application of process excellence skills and metrics tracking is required
Proven ability to understand business strategy; translate it into viable solutions that support the Company’s business goals is required
Knowledge of federal health care program laws and FDA regulations is required
Proven leadership ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of professionals, including personnel who may be working in other locations in the US and outside of the US is required
High technological, database, and business aptitude is required
Strong facilitation, influence management, and communication skills is required
PMP certification is preferred
CCEP (Society for Corporate Compliance & Ethics Professional) is preferred
Knowledge of J&J and Healthcare Industry systems is preferred
Prior business process design and implementation experience is preferred
Expertise in managing multiple tasks and projects, managing win-win resolutions, leveraging techniques, products, services and technologies across organizational boundaries is preferred
Previous finance and audit experience is preferred
Previously a subject matter expert on significant business transformation projects is preferred
Prior US HCP Open Payments expertise is preferred
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and across a matrix organization is preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop internal and external networks is required
This position will be based in Warsaw, IN, Raynham, MA, West Chester, PA, Somerville, NJ or Cincinnati, OH and will require up to 30% travel
