The Commercial Card team is seeking a strategic and innovative individual who is excited to join a fast-growing business.  The Commercial Card National Sales team is primed to grow to more than 250 full time associates within the next 24 months. We’re looking for a self-driven person to develop and manage communications and change management strategies within and between the business teams and our national field sales team using innovative, digital channels and dynamic content. Objectives include establishing community and culture throughout our distributed organization, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of in-flight product and process changes and gaps to drive change.

  • Identify and establish innovative communication channels for information distribution that are integrated into Field Sales daily lives: e.g., Slack, blogs, social media, text, video
  • Establish presence of Capital One leadership and culture to large virtual organization through regular interactive channels
  • Work across business teams to flag changes to product, process and support that impact Field Sales
  • Rollout new plans that impact Field Sales associates (quota, comp, territory changes)
  • Facilitate collaboration across disciplines and departments
  • Establish culture and process for best practice sharing across Field Sales using insights from various sources, including analytics
  • Establish and enable relationships with and among Field Sales associates to identify best practices and impediments
  • Write content
  • Work with marketing teams and production companies to develop polished materials to be used at Field Sales meetings, business meetings and for recruiting purposes to exemplify the awesome culture within the Field Sales team, CML Card, and the rest of Capital One

Basic Qualifications:

  • -  A Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • - At least 5 Years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • - Project Management Professional certification or Lean certification or Agile certification or Six Sigma certification
