- Design, deliver, and manage compensation programs, interacting with vendors, and communicating program details to senior executives

- Manage compensation and/or equity processes, ensuring smooth execution and managing within internal and external controls

- Develop design strategy and communicate strategy

- Conduct in-depth analysis and create models in support of compensation and/or equity pay scenarios

- Perform industry benchmarking to ground design recommendations

- Perform cost and executive impact analysis

- People Management: Manage team to ensure results are met, hold regular check-ins to ensure appropriate morale and job satisfaction

- Manage 1 person

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree or military experience

- 5 years of experience in Compensation

- 3 years of experience in client facing or consulting roles

- 2 years of experience in Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Human Resources

- CCP - Certified Compensation Professional

- CEP - Certified Equity Professional


- 7 years of experience in Compensation

- 5 years of experience in client facing or consulting roles

- 5 years of experience in Excel
