Senior Manager, Customer Analytics- Loyalty & Personalization

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager of Customer Analytics to join its Loyalty & Personalization team. This individual will drive analytical workstreams developing customer insights to identify opportunities for enhancing customer loyalty and growth. As a member of Loyalty & Personalization team, this individual will analyze customer and category trends, utilize advanced analytics to derive and surface opportunities, and partner in building personalized contact strategies to deliver incremental sales and margin. This person will also be responsible for developing customer insight to inform next generation loyalty design and partner with category/vendor partners. This person will play an integral role on a team reshaping customer centric thinking and execution across the enterprise. The Sr. Manager of Insights & Innovation will report to the Director of Loyalty & Personalization, with consistent exposure and engagement with the Sr. Director and VP levels.


• Lead development of hypothesis driven customer growth strategies through the use of data, analytics, industry findings, and cross functional partnership

• Leverage data and analytics to identify and develop innovative and out-of-the-box personalization strategies to test across customer cohorts, this may include new types of offers, multi-channel contact cadence, messaging, external partnerships, etc

• Size and scope customer growth opportunities, analysis to support business case and partnering with segment/program owners to design test pilot

• Partner with cross functional teams on customer growth and execution teams to launch these strategies and close loop performance management, this may include test design, measurement methodology and adhoc campaign performance analysis

• Leverage analytics to support next generation loyalty program design

• Conduct hypothesis-driven analysis within customer cohorts that surface growth opportunities for merchandising partners --- this may include helping rethink assortment, localization, circular strategy, vendor opportunities, and more…

• Own execution and delivery of analytical projects and insights to internal business partners and presenting to the leadership

• Help and direct others on projects, including project management, business problem solving, guidance on methodologies and quality assurance of results

• Synthesizes the results and presents to internal and external stakeholders, including Sr. Management, in a top-down manner

• Direct a team of 1 to 2 senior business analysts and vendor/partner resources, guiding them in the analytical process and the development of business and/or customer insights to personalization plans, as well as merchandising strategies and decisions
