The overarching role of Commercialization is to enable our organization to remain competitive and achieve sustained growth. The Commercialization function will encourage new ways of working via close cross-functional collaboration, the effective networking of category and BU Commercialization teams and strong functional and operational reporting lines. The Beverages Category Commercialization Senior Manager role works closely with the Beverages Category teams to effectively manage the Beverages Transformation agenda.

Accountabilities:
  • Managing the project transformation pipeline; understanding the value, gaps, risks, resources and trade-offs required to deliver our targets and ensure we make the right portfolio choices
  • Helping to lead the Stage Gate process and all transformation governance forums
  • Providing world-class Commercial project management expertise, delivering solutions that enable rapid speed-to-market and flawless execution
  • Driving Transformation synergies and minimizing duplication and low value-add activities
  • Proactively engaging with the Global Beverage Category Group to enable flawless commercialization of globally-led initiatives
  • Developing and embedding world-class people, processes, systems and scorecard capability into the category
  • Driving continuous improvement across all governance and Commercialization KPIs


Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Qualification:
  • Undergraduate Degree
Preferred:
  • MBA

Work Experience:
  • 5 to 7 years of marketing, commercialization, and project management experience
  • Proven results and critical experiences required in a significant number of the following areas:
  • Very strong, proven commercial project leadership skills
  • Deep operating knowledge of how to commercialize large scale global initiatives (incl Stage Gate management)
  • Ability to deliver significant business change within a fast-paced X-functional, matrix environment
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and/or commercial supply chain experience
  • Very high level of business acumen ~ must be commercially savvy and financially astute.
  • Deep knowledge of PepsiCo's Make/Move/Sell capability
  • Ideally has international experience
