Position Summary:The Senior Manager of Government Claims is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our Client Services organization. This role has responsibility for the management of the Government Claims operation, including our intake, remediation, and quality assurance teams.

This role will need to partner and build trusted relationships with the company's compliance team, legal, finance, and account management businesses and leaders in order to be successful, and deliver reliable and repeatable results.
Required Qualifications:-3+ years of operations experience in a highly regulated healthcare industry required, with client facing and/or client management responsibilities.
-3+ years of experience in leading teams with demonstrated background in developing others for growth opportunities.
-2+ years of demonstrated experience in process improvement, and managing complex operations.
Preferred Qualifications:-Healthcare/Medicaid experience is strongly preferred.
-Experience with pharmacy and/or third party liability claims and government subrogation preferred.
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships/network at many levels, including internal partners and external clients.
-Experience navigating complex organizations and administrative processes.
Education:Bachelor's degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute. Business Overview:
