The Senior Manager,
Learning & Development (L&D) is the primary driver leading training
design, development, and deployment efforts for all leadership and management
training programs designed to advance and elevate the Customer Distribution
employee base. The Senior Manager, L&D is responsible for optimization and
integration of various tools, processes and capabilities across the business
unit. Direct staff in the research, development, and implementation of training
and development programs to support various initiatives.
