The Senior Manager, Access Services, develops, designs and implements competitive and compliant access and affordability programs for assigned therapeutic areas across channels that fully integrate stakeholder and marketplace requirements, environment, and projected marketplace activity, and which deliver on short and long-term business goals and objectives. These offerings must provide stakeholder centric tools to support appropriate provider, caregiver, and patient access to our products. Collaborates with brand teams and Market Access Strategy Directors to develop and present access support strategies based on specific products and/or brand needs. Launches and updates Access Support programs to provide best in class service to stakeholders. Provides program data to stakeholders to drive business results. Leverages an understanding of value-based healthcare economics, payment and delivery models, and the roles of the payer, provider and patients in access support decisions to inform strategy. Leverages understanding of key financial and economic metrics to develop and present business cases and budgets to brand teams. Utilizes insight from brand teams to develop access support programs that align to the product, patient, and provider demographics and needs. Manages vendor performance to ensure efficiency and cost savings. Negotiates contract terms to ensure compliance, fair market value, and to appropriately balance J&J and stakeholder risks and interests.
