Job Description
Advanced Care Scripts (ACS), a CVSHealth Company, manages and dispenses specialty medications and productsnationwide. Our comprehensive patient care model provides compliance andadherence support and cost-effective solutions for all classes of specialtymedications. As a Senior Manager of Patient CareServices, you will be responsible for the management of operational activitiesand strategic direction of the Patient Care Services department ensuring thatservice targets are met through the design, implementation, and evaluation ofstandard operating procedures, key performance indicators, service qualitymonitors, and alternative revenue sources. Furthermore, you will actively buildstrategies to exceed financial and operational goals being accountable forregular forecasting and meeting budget goals by conducting operational trendand analytics with a focus on metrics and productivity management reports. Someother critical components of this role include developing and buildingleadership talent and capability within their teams providing employees withtimely, candid and constructive feedback and challenging opportunities thatimprove employee career growth. You will also ensure adequate bench strengthand succession planning.

* Support business development goals by participating in client meetings as well as build and conduct proposal presentations and Request for Proposal responses
* Monitor the effectiveness of department and direct process changes to increase efficiency, quality and financial profitability
* Acts as a trusted advisor to existing Specialty Pharmacy customers through a comprehensive understanding of their business and an ongoing consultative approach to managing the service relationship
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies to foster continued growth and knowledge of the Specialty Care Group industry

Required Qualifications
  • 5 years or more of management experience





Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
* Experience with multiple levels of frontline management, along with experience in managing a team consisted of approximately 200 direct and indirect reports
* Proficient in the design and implementation of talent and succession management processes
* Effective social skills and strong ability to collaborate with a variety of internal and external partners
* Working knowledge of computers in a Windows/Microsoft Office environment, including Word, Excel and Power Point

Education
* High School Diploma or GED
