Senior Manager, Project Manager-Online Channels Delivery Team


As part of the Online Channels Delivery Team, you will support matrixed delivery of initiatives within TM Product Management.

The Role:

  • Supporting the Online Channels value stream within Treasury Management Product Management and Commercial Banking
  • Providing strategic direction and tactical thought partnership cross-functionally to ensure that delivery commitments are met and change implications of scope are appropriately assessed and addressed
  • Connecting dots to ensure that all scope is appropriately dispositioned and delivered across trains
  • Ensuring processes are adhered to and improved across Online Channels

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building expertise in the Online Channels space, inclusive of systems, client profiles and usage
  • Partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders and customers to provide thought partnership to effectively drive delivery of commitments
  • Designing, developing, and managing comprehensive tracking across trains to assess and address issues, risks, decisions, interdependencies, and status associated with the Online Channels space
  • Designing, developing, and managing comprehensive change management plan to assess and address change associated with the Online Channels space, and revising needs to meet changing requirements
  • Capturing, actioning and escalating impediments to ensure that teams are effective and work unencumbered
  • Ensuring that teams are grooming, prioritizing and maintaining backlogs that are mapped for connected interdependencies
  • Attending and participating in program and team scrum and release ceremonies
  • Partnering with Product and delivery teams to identify and resolve ambiguities and negotiate tradeoffs
  • Identifying and resolving gaps in processes and delivery

  • The person will:
  • Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive delivery efforts as well as empathy and influencing skills to effectively drive change management efforts at all levels
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of (1) delivery (as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer), bringing the ability to prioritize and manage work in a dynamic complex environment; (2) analysis (as a Business Systems Analyst, Process Manager or Project Manager), bringing the ability to delve into complex issues and decipher solutions; and (3) change management, bringing the ability to assess and address a dynamic complex environment
  • Have excellent communication, partnership and influencing skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company (including Senior Executives) to manage, inform and influence outcomes
  • Be comfortable working through ambiguity for a sustained period of time

Skills and Competencies:

  • project delivery, product development, system migration, or system development experience
  • change management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience writing requirements and documentation or process design and management
  • At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional efforts and working closely with business stakeholders, intent providers, development teams, analytics, and designers
  • At least 2 years of experience using Agile methodologies for product development and delivery

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 8 years of Project Managemet experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters of Business Administration
  • Project Management Professional certification
  • Lean certification or an Agile certification or Six Sigma certification
