Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting a Senior Manager, Global Sales Force Effectiveness to join its dynamic team located in Jacksonville, FL.

The Senior Manager, Global Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) will provide comprehensive development, coordination and oversight for Global SFE projects. This individual is accountable for identifying opportunity areas to improve SFE for the top 7 Global Markets, working with the markets to create action plans and tracking the execution of the action plans. Additionally, participate in SFE Deep Dive analysis, share best practice, an ongoing update the Global SFE playbook. The Sr. Manager is considered a SFE expert within Johnson & Johnson Vision Care and is expected to continuously coach and mentor regional and local SFE managers. The manager will lead development and execute business and organizational processes as required.
Role Specific Competencies:
Experience with Organizational and People Development in the areas of Visionary Leadership, Team Development, Coaching and Empowerment/Delegation is preferred.

Maximizing competitive advantage by defining and implementing SFE programs to increase the effectiveness of the Sales organization
Strong Business Acumen, Communication Skills and the ability to build strategic partnerships is required
Participates in Global SFE Deep Dive Projects, which includes Field Visits, data analysis and the development of action plans for SFE improvement areas
Supports the management of Global, Local and Regional (For the Top 7 Markets) SFE action plans
Shares SFE Best Practices on an ongoing basis within Global JJVC
Represent Global SFE on various cross functional teams such as, New Product Launches, Key Account integration, etc.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Bachelor (BA/BS) degree is required, Master’s (MS/MBA) degree is preferred
A minimum of eight (8) years of business experience is required. Preferably in a health care industry
A minimum of four (4) years of Field Sales Management is required
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or SFE is preferred
A minimum of four (4) years of people management experience is preferred
Demonstrated ability to build consensus, to lead teams through influence rather than authority, and build collaborative relationships is required
Demonstrated ability to operate in matrix management, ability to think strategically, and communication skills is required
This position is located in Jacksonville, FL
This role requires 30% to 50% domestic and international travel but primarily international
