The Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations Strategic Support Lead will:
  • For weekly GSLT Meetings, works with S&O Lead to determine S&O related agenda topics to be presented and reviewed at GSLT meetings. In addition, will be responsible for gathering necessary materials and/or creating presentations and reviewing with S&O Lead. Will interface with the GSLT meeting coordinator to schedule the S&O topics and will facilitate attendance as required from S&O designated presenters.
  • For bi-weekly S&O LT meetings, works with S&O Lead to determine agenda topics, gathers materials and creates decks, facilities meetings if necessary and documents and tracks decision records for these meetings.
  • For quarterly S&O LT Offsite meetings, works with S&O Lead and planning committee to schedule plans and organizes the offsite leadership meeting.
  • The SSL will work with the S&O Strategy lead in support of the development of the GS 3 year strategy for Global Services. Specific tasks would include working and collaborating with the S&O Leads and SLD/Functional Strategy leads and integrating their plans into the broader plan for GS.
  • The SSL will provide operational support to S&O leads. Specific tasks would include hiring tracker support for HRBP, budget adjustment tracking associated with S&O org changes for Finance and gathering input from S&O leads that may impact existing budget for S&O.
  • The SSL will work with S&O Service Excellence Lead to help spearhead, coordinate and facilitate the Quarterly Review Process (QBR) cross-functionally. Specific tasks would include establishing and communicating timelines, ensuring compliance to template and processes and tracking progression of meetings cycles. Furthermore, SSL would coordinate and publish outcomes and decision records from QBR’s.
  • The SSL will publish the quarterly SI build status and communicate as a part of the S&O LT meeting.
  • Anticipates the Strategy and Operations Leader’s needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the decision making process.
  • The SSL will organize and produce key presentations under the direction of S&O Strategy and Operations lead.
  • Will help lead and facilitate ad hoc meetings in collaboration with S&O Lead and will determine content needs as necessary as well as sources to ensure successful meeting outcomes.
  • Handles confidential information appropriately. Participates in brainstorming sessions for various projects.
  • Will help facilitate the flow of communications across the GSLT and SI Capability Owner as necessary in support of ad hoc project related work.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; a major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain and / or a Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience is required
  • Strong consulting, analytical skills and demonstrated business acumen is required
  • Proven ability to synthesize and make meaning of large quantities of information is required
  • Ability to draw conclusions and form opinions based on complex and varying data and information is required.  
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, customer orientation and organization skills.
  • Ability to understand and navigate the complexities of operating in a matrix global framework, along with the capability to execute flawlessly in high stress/fast paced environment is required
  • Strong executive presence, with demonstrated experience engaging with and/or presenting to management boards or senior leadership teams is required
  • Strong communications skills, verbal and written and through different types of technology and media is required
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other technology is required
