The Senior Manager role on the US Lung Franchise Marketing Team will help drive the launch success of our emerging pipeline products (ALK+ and EGFR) in an increasingly competitive lung cancer landscape in parallel with XALKORI. The role requires marketing expertise to launch new products and help advance in-line key brand imperatives in order to maximize brand value. The role also requires strategic and analytical thinking as well as creativity and decision-making skills, along with a proven track record of success in working in a team-based environment, with multiple marketing and cross-functional partners. Support two product launches in ALK + and EGFR Lung Cancer Lead Lung Field Force advisory committee boards to gather customer and market insights to inform marketing strategy and resource development Coordinate pan-asset US Field Force communications, incentives, and recognition Support development and implementation of Field Force launch materials Work with with Sales Leadership and Training to develop launch training plans and address ongoing training needs National Sales meeting planning and execution for the Lung portfolio Develop and lead the Lung Congress strategy Qualifications BS/BA required, Advanced degree highly preferred At least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience in diverse commercial roles Previous launch and in-line US Marketing experience preferred Oncology, specialty, rare disease, or diagnostics experience preferred Proven track record of identifying customer needs, extracting key insights, and translating these into meaningful value propositions, and tactics Strong team player with demonstrated ability to engage experts from a wide range of functional areas to improve business performance Confidence and ingenuity to initiate, create, and bring ambiguity into action Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented; creative Solid business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
