for a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor position located in Fort Washington,
McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc.
markets a broad range of over-the-counter products, including TYLENOL®
acetaminophen products, ZYRTEC® and BENADRYL® allergy medicines, IMODIUM® A-D
anti-diarrheal, MOTRIN® IB, and SUDAFED® nasal decongestants.
Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for:
oversight to the manufacturing operations which includes, operate and
troubleshoot, set up, adjust, repair and maintain the equipment and
leadership to peer supervisors in operations.
Act as management representative at cross-functional forums.
the lead role for Lean manufacturing implementation and standard work
- Act as
Operations representative for tech transfer activities.
to provide direction and make decisions within the scope of the role and
responsibility for a variety of tasks included but not limited to quality and
compliance, technical and people management.
leadership to ensure adherence to all safety, environmental and quality
policies and procedures.
- Act as
lead for manufacturing schedule management including processing, packaging and

- A minimum
of 6 years of experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is

experience and knowledge of FDA, EMA, and cGMP regulations is preferred.
experience in leading a team in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

ability to interact, motivate, and lead individuals in a manufacturing

position including continuous lifting
