Description  
Come join the Small Business Sales Channel Marketing Team as a Senior Marketing Manager driving the growth of QuickBooks products through our Emerging Channels. The Emerging Channels are at the center of Intuit's growth strategy for QuickBooks Online.
 
 
Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, drive and execute Go-To-Market strategies to achieve awareness & adoption of QuickBooks products through our Franchise, Reseller, and Education channels. You will partner closely with our sales and marketing teams, as well as our segment, channel, and product partners to deliver awesome experiences for our emerging channels and accelerate the growth of QuickBooks.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  •        Management: This role with manage 3 direct reports
  •        Drive Customer Acquisition: Drive massive QuickBooks growth through our Emerging Channels
  •        Develop GTM plans: Assess the category landscape, develop any necessary segmentation, and launch marketing plans to meet the goals of the different channels
  •        Own the Strategy: Develop the overall strategy for the emerging channels
  •        Content Creation: Support sales teams by developing sales ready and customer facing content
  •        Analyze Results: Responsible for business performance on a weekly basis. Actively analyze data to craft the performance story and identify insights that will drive improvement
  •        Communicate Up and Across the Organization: Communicate results and priorities with senior leaders, and develop highly effective relationships with cross functional partners
  •        Think beyond your role: Be a leader and contributor to the broader marketing organization and SBG cross-functional teams
  •        Stay Connected: Occasional domestic travel may be required
    Qualifications:
  •        Strategic Thinking: Proven experience developing marketing strategies of untapped opportunities
  •        Connected: Proven experience and passion to facilitate relationships (internal and external) to drive business results and be a strong collaborator with a willingness to take risks
  •        Analytic/Data-Driven: Demonstrated track record of leveraging analytics and driving dramatic growth through successful marketing strategies and execution
  •        Cross-functional Leadership: Able to create strong processes and demonstrate effective project management skills to drive execution cross-functionally across all key constituents
  •        Demonstrated track record where he/she has operated independently and efficiently to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  •        Demonstrated track record of managing direct reports
  •        Marketing professional with minimum of 5-8 years of experience
  •        MBA desired, BA / BS required with related work experience in marketing and/or sales
  •        Previous experience marketing to Educational Institutions a plus
  •        Experience with direct sales organizations, Salesforce.com/Eloqua (or similar CRM and Marketing Automation) a plus
