Senior National Foodservice Account Manager, Sam's Club

The Senior National Account Sales Manager will manage PepsiCo's new foodservice contract with Walmart/Sam's Club, a must-win for the organization. Specifically, the incumbent for this role will:
  • Lead & grow PepsiCo's foodservice business (dispensed beverage & culinary) for both Sam's Club Café & Walmart Supercenter Fuel/C-Store
  • Negotiate multi-year contract renewals potentially inclusive of capital, competitive defense, service, and equipment
  • Build the FTN & FCB strategy within the Sam's Club Café & Walmart Fuel/C-Store system to implement the Foodservice Annual Operating Plans
  • Develop activation plan within the annual Pepsi Planning Model to achieve Net Revenue plan targets for Sam's Club Café & Walmart Fuel/C-Store
  • Provide senior level wiring across Sam's Club Café & Walmart Fuel/C-Store senior leadership team for both Dispensed Beverage & Culinary
  • Integrate foodservice initiatives and programming into the Joint Business Planning Process
  • Provide customer leadership with cross functional teams including PepsiCo Retail Teams, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and the Center of Excellence
  • Execute the Sam's Club Café & Walmart Fuel/C-Store annual marketing, merchandising and product introduction calendar
  • Manage day-to-day operations such as forecasting, new store openings, program fulfillment, invoice processing, and contract compliance
  • Conduct weekly status calls & on-site meetings as necessary with directors & category managers with special focus on supply chain and promotional activities
  • Coordinate sharing of key industry, shopper, & consumer insights to support high impact selling propositions
  • Management of high profile internal projects


  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with a preference for national account experience
  • Ability to take initiative and follow-up independently
  • Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills
  • Best-in-class presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fountain & Foods experience is required, Convenience & Gas experience preferred
  • Drive to succeed in a very competitive marketplace, results orientation, and the ability to balance sometimes-conflicting priorities with a strong customer orientation
