The lab tech will support and lead in the day to day laboratory functions and lab maintenance activities.
Support multiple projects and product development activities along with all members of the product development team.
Projects will include low acid and low acid dairy involving Retort, ,ESL and Aseptic processingQualifications/Requirements
- BS degree in Food Science or related discipline with 3-5 years experience in a laboratory environment
- Detail oriented and able to communicate written and verbal observations and troubleshoot and optimize batching processes
- Organize and keep a clean orderly work environment
- Be familiar with and follow all lab safety practices
