The Product Manager - Campaigns and Loyalty is responsible for all promotional campaigns and customer loyalty activities to support McKesson Specialty Health’s Multisource department. The Product Manager will collaborate with business partners to:
Manage all campaign activities designed to recapture lost customer sales
Drive new generic/biosimilar product launches to ensure customer and volume conversion metrics are achieved
Facilitate regular calls with Sales team to provide key updates on Multisource programs, and prepare Quarterly Business Review presentations for Sales team to be reviewed at customer board meetings
Work diligently across business functions (e.g., customer care, SAP, pricing, sales effectiveness) to identify and resolve any campaign or customer loyalty issues
Coordinate system development with IT to enhance automation, ease of use and visibility
Direct ownership of campaign goals and objectives. Develop plans to meet or exceed financial goals and campaign success metrics.
Manage all campaign activities to recapture lost business – e.g., work with pricing to identify targeted customers and materials to be promoted every two weeks, compile promo files to be used by Master Data and Inside Sales teams to execute campaigns, upload information into Salesforce, collaborate with Marketing on banners, report on campaign results and performance
Manage all campaign related activities to drive new generic/biosimiliar product launches
Oversee key customer loyalty activities (e.g., customer segmentation, monthly / annual rebates, contract repository for all generics/multisource agreements)
Collaborate with IT on technical enhancements, and process improvements
8+ years of experience in product marketing
Bachelors degree required; preferably in Business or Mathematics
5 plus years product/program management, product marketing, project management, and/or management consulting
Experience developing customer facing programs
Exceptional analytical skills required
Experience managing teams
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Campaign experience or CRM software experience highly preferred
SAP (front end and BW) highly desired
Tableau experience highly desired
Management consulting, retail or healthcare experience highly desired
Strategic thinker with ability to translate into operating programs
Confidence and communication maturity
Strong business and financial acumen, and in depth critical thinking leading to sound business decisions
Demonstrated success defining and implementing initiatives on-time, and within budget
A demonstrated track record of improving operational efficiencies
Ability to collaborate in a multi disciplinary environment
Proven ability to work in a fast paced, and dynamic team environment
MBA preferred in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
