We are looking for an outstanding technical product manager to join us in building the next generation of web and mobile data collection tools.

We make millions of decisions every day based on tens of thousands of parameters. We are constantly improving the types of data available for decision making and as the technical PM responsible for data collection you will play a key role in this process. You will be part of a team that is responsible for data collection and user identity management and work on a broad range of technologies including mobile, web and authentication in a big data environment. You will interface with partners inside and outside of PayPal and help PayPal's risk organization build and use new tools and technologies. You will create the vision, get buy in from partners and help the team execute to turn your vision into the next set of tools that we will use to protect our customers.

The successful candidate will possess a combination of vision, technical skills, analytical thinking, execution focus, a passion for process and ability to create alignment with multiple stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
3-5 years product management experience or engineering experience
3 years hands on experience with JavaScript or mobile app development
Experience with Risk Management, Fraud detection, Big Data, SQL and Hadoop preferred
