Our Jobs solutions, representing almost a third of that business, enable our customers to get their open roles in front of qualified candidates and hire millions of professionals every year. This person will partner closely with the product management lead to prioritize, validate and bring to market the right products and features to make our customers more successful. They will work closely with sales and marketing to ensure we have the right positioning, go-to-market and monetization strategies across the field and online channels - and stay on top of the execution of those strategies. All of this will happen in fast-moving environment where the ideal candidate will feel comfortable making quick decisions, taking intelligent risks, and having some fun along the way.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Identify opportunities to provide value and grow the business and worth with cross-functional partners to implement those ideas
  • Drive product concept validation and customer segmentation to inform roadmap prioritization and go-to-market planning
  • Partner with the product and business operations teams to create businesses cases behind product strategy recommendations
  • Research product & marketing approaches relative to competitors and develop content to position against competitors
  • Drive product naming, messaging and positioning through qualitative and quantitative research
  • Lead product launches and build the go-to-market strategies across online and field sales channels
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to bring product narratives to life via integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and support revenue goals
  • Be an internal, and occasionally external, evangelist for the product
  • Partner with marketing to lead online advertising campaigns that drive awareness and demand-generation campaigns
  • Own voice of the customer feedback to continue improving products and go-to-market strategy

Basic qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree
  • 7+ years of marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience
  • Experience creating and executing GTM plans
  • Ability to develop messaging, positioning, and sales narratives
  • Experience using voice of the customer research to influence the product roadmap
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions
  • Experience with pricing and monetization strategies
  • Experience with SAAS businesses
  • Experience in the HR or recruiting industry
  • Familiarity with online demand-generation strategies
