Senior Production Supervisor
In the role of Sr. Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for the coordination and management of the day to day operations in the Fort Worth, Texas facility, managing projects, and driving continuous improvement. Specifically:

Ensure standard operating procedures and work instructions are up to date and in alignment with current processes.
Increase subordinate skills and capabilities.
Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls.
Provide progress reports to the Plant Manager.
Review ongoing performance results to targets and takes corrective action when needed.
Involved in the setup of weekly production schedule.
Maintain favorable working relationships with all company employees.
Promote a positive working environment to improve employee morale.
Communicates areas of accountability and performance expectations.
Oversee and/or conduct various training, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions.
Supervise the cleaning and sanitation of plant production equipment.
Ensure that proper chemical levels are being used and proper procedures are being followed.


Requirements

Must have a HS Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing environment required, food industry and/or sanitation experience preferred.
GMP and HACCP experience a plus.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, SAP experience a plus.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
