As a Senior Program Manager located in Redmond, you will work with the CS Platform engineering teams in Redmond and Beijing as well as distributed technology provider teams to design and to deliver hosting platform features. You must feel comfortable operating within a fast-moving research and development team. You should have great communication skills, strong passion for delivering quality products, and a proven track record of working in a product group. The ability to handle multiple concurrent releases and demonstrated experience driving for results in a cross-group/team project is a must. Innovation Lab works with a wide range of technologies, so the ability to learn and deal with ambiguity is key.
Please note that this position is based in Redmond, WA, and occasional travel to China may be required.
The ideal candidate will bring:
●Excellent cross-group collaboration skills and a proven track record in managing complex dependencies
●Solid problem solving skills dealing with ambiguity
●Customer empathy and experience in shipping customer facing solutions
●Background or knowledge in machine learning or artificial intelligence is a strong plus
●Expertise on data analytics or cloud computing is also desirable
●5 years of software development and/or program management experience shipping services
●Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and/or MBA
