We are looking for a technically strong and self-driven Program Manager to work on a variety of impactful initiatives that will change the way customers and partners interact with the Store. You will be directly responsible for streamlining how developers and partners submit and manage their content efficiently, while ensuring that Store remains a trustworthy place for our customers. You will have the opportunity to work with the top app and game developers in the industry and empower them to become successful in the Windows Store.

This role also provides a fantastic cross-division collaboration opportunity with stakeholders across Xbox, Office, Azure, Developer Platform, Business Operations, AAA game studios, and many more teams. If you’re a strong communicator willing to roll-up your sleeves and solve fun technical challenges with a strong engineering team on your side, then this is the right role for you!
Basic Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of program management experience in a product team defining and shipping software/services


Preferred Qualifications Include:
• Excellent core program management skills
• Experience collaborating and negotiating with other teams
• Demonstrated track record of helping others and being a great team player
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to calibrate the message with a diverse audience
• Nice-to-have: Experience with hardware certification or driver development
