Cybersecurity continues to be a growing problem despite the years of investments in traditional security technologies, and threats continue to evolve at a much faster rate than ever before. It’s time to radically innovate in this space and find innovative solutions that outclass and out-maneuver modern day threats.

Would you like to join a team that is chartered with exactly this – building innovative solutions to address modern day cybersecurity threats, bringing them to market and shaping the future security industry?

Our team oversees program management for the Active Defense technologies in Windows Client and Server as we partner with other teams to deliver protection.

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager that is energetic, is easily able to switch from product management/business-focused planning to producing product requirements that can be consumed by our engineering teams. This role requires plenty of intra and inter-company collaboration. This PM should have a demonstrated track record of great partner/customer management.

Candidates should have experience engaging with a wide variety of customers and be able to translate conversations with customers and map them back to product scenarios. Many of our scenarios span across multiple teams, so candidates should have a good track record at driving cross team/group scenarios.

A good understanding of the security market, and trends is key to success in this role. To succeed in this role, requires a combination of big picture thinking, while at the same time being able to translate that into detailed functional requirements that engineering can work on. Prior experience in delivering director level strategy presentations, and delivering on that vision is a big plus.

Basic qualifications:

•5+ years of program management experience

Preferred qualifications:

•You are relentless in the pursuit of insight into how the product is doing in market - who loves it, for what scenarios and why

•You have demonstrated robust performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence

•You have delivered prior products/scenarios spanning cross-group, cross-division

•You are artful in communicating and influencing in a fast-moving environment.

•You have a driven desire to learn, share, and improve.

•Your teammates would consider you a team player and that you work well with the other disciplines

•You have experience working with a Services team (we work very closely with multiple Services teams)

•Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, strong track record of structuring and solving complex problems

•Bachelors+ Degree in Computer Science and other related technical discipline
