Senior Program Manager

The overall goal of this position is to ensure the success of Windows IoT and Windows Server by building strong relationships with strategic infrastructure partners in the Greater China Region, aligning their priorities and platforms with our key investments, and helping deliver offerings and solutions that help our customers achieve more.
As a senior member of our team, you will be tracking partner product roadmaps and aligning them with Microsoft roadmaps while identifying gaps and raising awareness to enable informed decision making. Through collaboration with the product team, you will drive key ecosystem requirements and innovation that benefits Windows IoT and Windows Server. You will also be responsibility for tracking the engineering and business alignment on key initiatives between both companies.
You will develop a deep and clear understanding of partner business units and their priorities while communicating the impact of those priorities to Microsoft leaders. You will own and drive the executive level rhythm of the business between the partner and Microsoft while helping develop our strategy.
As the partner lead, you will be responsible for managing escalations, communicating to all parties and tracking resolution, while continuing to improve partner satisfaction. You will also be responsible for protecting Microsoft IP by managing the legal framework with specific partners.

Qualifications should include a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the computer industry (required), familiarity with core Windows platform technologies and architecture, operating system hardware support architectures, and experience with hardware related software development. Ability to travel occasionally to participate in partner meetings, technical workshops, forums and trade shows is required. A BS degree in Computer Science is preferred. Strong command of spoken/written English and Chinese Mandarin is preferred.
