Here’s an opportunity to contribute to a team that powers the “front door” of every Microsoft experience on every major platform. The Azure Identity team is searching for a program manager who can help us build the authentication system that enables signing up or signing into Windows, Office, Skype, Minecraft, Teams, PowerBI, Visual Studio.

In the mobile-first cloud-first world the sign in experience is the front door. It’s where you start building closer customer relationships, supporting smoother commerce transactions and keeping people safe. But we’ve all experienced the frustration of signing in, remembering passwords, maintaining credentials for multiple accounts and getting prompted again and again with challenges to prove who we are. And we’re all increasingly aware of the threats from hackers who want to compromise our credentials so they can steal, sabotage or disrupt. We need to deliver a better experience while keeping our customers safe!

In this role you will work closely with partners within the larger team and beyond to make frequent credential prompts a thing in the past, to build seamless, secure and efficient authentication system, to drive customer and partner adoption. Basic Qualifications:
• Program management experience (5+ years)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in identity and/or security space and technical strength.
• Experience working on a service.
• Excellent cross group collaboration skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize multiple strategic and tactical options and drive issues to closure.
• Excellent written & oral communication, problem solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a results-oriented, efficient environment
