We will be making this experience even better, adding more scale to it and democratize anyone in the enterprise to go live to thousands of users from within Teams. We are looking for a rock star UX PM to envision and deliver an awesome large meeting broadcasting experience. You'll be working in very strong team-oriented environment and will help deliver experiences on fast iteration cycle. You will also be working with other Office 365 and Azure media services teams within Microsoft to deliver a holistic solution for our customers.

Lead conceptualization of user experiences for broadcast meetings such as broadcast production, reaction analysis and poll management
Work closely with the UX design, to conceptualize the right user experience and work with the engineering teams, our Skype services and Azure Media Services partner teams to drive requirements into the media stack.
Engage with customers and internal preview users, and triage, prioritize, and address customer feedback for your area
Regularly present new media quality and reliability initiatives to the leader ship team.
Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap.
Track all defined deliverables from conception through launch, leveraging established processes, tools, and communications mechanisms
4+ years of program management experience with proven success in delivering end user facing products and services
Passionate about building great user experiences and high user empathy in requirements
Great problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing startup environment
Ability to wear many hats and learn quickly, and the temperament to lead a change in direction when needed
Creative and critical thinking about product features, architecture, and capabilities
Strong project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, service operations at scale, and general ability to ramp up and go deep in new technical areas
4+ years of program or product management experience
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
