Reporting to the VP, Presales, the Principal Program Manager is responsible for developing, managing and updating strategic Presales initiatives focused on improving cross organization alignment, interaction, collaboration and innovation. As Presales transforms to adapt to increased competition and evolving delivery techniques and technologies, the Program Manager is critical in enhancing Presales performance and consistency across the globe. This role will include building a close relationship with Sales Operations and ultimately building a strong Presales Operations function including driving business improvements and operations execution.
The Principal Program Manager will work with Pre-sales leadership, business stakeholders and program owners to ensure processes and programs will maximize effectiveness and enable organization and program objectives.
