The Senior Program Manager, Product Management, will be responsible for the new product introduction and launch of a Bone Graft Cage patient specific product utilized to treat large bone defects. They will:

  • Provide global operations leadership to assigned new product development projects and partner with the Trauma/CMF Marketing, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain teams to develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop operations strategies, and assemble teams to develop/execute the operations project plan from project charter through the hand-off to the manufacturing/supplier site all the way to global launch.
  • Provide governance through effective prioritization and allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals including commercial success, profitability, timeliness and quality.
  • Assure the creation of a robust supply chain process that maximizes E2E value through the delivery of the highest quality products that improve gross profit.
  • Participate in New Business Development activities including due diligence and business case development

  • BS in Engineering, Physical Sciences or business is required, MBA preferred.
  • Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Biologics experience is required.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of business experience partnering with R&D organizations and Supply Chain is required.
  • Experience in the application of design control and new product stage gate processes is required
  • This individual must have project management and process excellence expertise in order to manage complex projects, determine and assign resources and individual tasks. 
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma Process Excellence tools is required.
  • Experience in 3D printing of components and medical devices is preferred.
  • This position is located in West Chest, PA and may require up to 10% travel.
