We are seeking an energetic professional to join Program Portfolio Management (PPM). This position will report to the Director of PPM Planning and will assist with management of enhancement requests, by managing projects to deliver a unified solution that includes PPM methodology, tools and reporting in support of Global Technology and Operation’s (GTO) strategy.



  • Manage the service queue of PPM enhancement requests.
  • Analyze demand vs. capacity and monitor utilization risks.
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the GTO PPM I/T department.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects. Understand scope, define project plan, monitor and summarize progress of projects, maintain collaboration site of project artifacts.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.


  • Strong record of success in managing medium to large projects in duration and complexity and their associated project teams.
  • Proficient in demand management and capacity utilization.
  • 3-5+ years working experience in IT with project management emphasis.
  • Project leader proficient in applying project management processes (including managing stakeholder expectations, communications, budget management, schedule management, performance reporting, etc.)
  • Undergraduate degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
