be responsible for managing aspects of complex Acquisition or Divestiture projects
from transition planning to conclusion from a project management perspective. He/she
will also engage with Team Leaders to accomplish project objectives through detailed planning, leveraging
best practices, risk identification and mitigation, resource alignment,

team. He/she will report to the Project Management Director, A&D Operations.
Project Manager, A&D Operations will have the following responsibilities:
