Senior Quality Coordinator - Med D

Position Summary:
As a Senior Quality Assurance Consultant, you will fulfill the company purpose of helping people on their path to better health by driving quality execution of PBM functional area performance. The Quality Assurance department is responsible for monitoring the performance of individual business operations within the PBM that support all Government market segments (Medicare, Medicaid, Exchanges and the Health Insurance Marketplace). You and your team will identify emerging issues, monitor the effectiveness of controls and processes, and assist in developing process controls in partnership with the business to improve outcomes.

In this role, you will also:
  • Evaluate performances using various techniques, standards and methodologies
  • Validate compliance with government regulations and internal processes and procedures
  • Interact and consult with internal and external business partners
  • Identify and capture key quality performance metrics with a focus on managing and controlling regulatory risk.
Up to 20% travel is required.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 6+ months of data analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year Call Center experience
  • 1+ year Quality Assurance/Process Improvement experience
  • 1+ year Project Management/Presentation experience
  • Bilingual
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively

  • Verifiable High School diploma
  • 2 years of college preferred
