A high level communications company is seeking a Senior Recruiter to assist in full-cycle recruiting. The Recruiter will be responsible for (but not limited to) attracting, talent sourcing, interviewing and hiring potential employees. A Senior Recruiter will collaborate with Management in identifying and anticipating hiring needs. Other functions of the position can include design and implementing a recruiting strategy, document analysis, skill assessment and monitoring and improving recruiting practices.
