We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter who focuses on partnering with hiring managers to successfully identify qualified candidates. This individual will develop relationships with our key stakeholders across multiple disciplines and be a true business partner. The Senior Recruiter will assist in managing the full recruiting life-cycle to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection for all AFO manufacturing positions.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and create targeted recruiting by using social medial tools as the prime source of candidate searches. Conduct research and investigate new ideas to find passive candidates through a variety of methods including, but not limited to, complex internet searches, blogs, networking groups, diversity resources, competitor research, and the enhancement of employee referrals.

  • Develop a database of candidates, to include name generation, for all job families which includes technical and niche positions.

  • Maintain a database of recruiting metrics and capture/report-out on marketing intelligence.

  • Provide a gracious and �on brand� experience to all candidates.

  • Partner with hiring managers with the identification, interviewing, and selection of candidates. This includes creating Job Descriptions, developing selection and search criteria, and serve as a consultant to hiring managers by providing candidate recommendations.

  • Ensure gracious recruiting to candidates by utilizing an Applicant Management System to source, communicate, and disposition candidates in a timely and professional manner. Work with third party vendors, HR Staff, and use technological advancements (web-based sites) to enhance the hiring process.

  • Assist in coordinating the annual Co-Op and Intern College Career Fairs at targeted schools.

  • Help ensure smooth integration of new hires into the business unit.

  • Keep current on market conditions and social media recruiting trends.

  • Complete other projects as assigned.


  • RequirementsBachelor�s Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Management required. Minimum of 2-4 years previous sourcing and full-life cycle recruiting experience required.
    AIRS Certification highly desirable.
