**Job Description:** **GENERAL SUMMARY** Advance Dell’s Chief Customer Office (CCO), Analytics and Insight Program. Align with the CCO’s Sales Advocacy and other functional business units representing the Voice of Customer and the voice of the business. Challenges existing analytical approaches based on industry best practices, enhances these for the benefit of all. Responsible for development and design of consumable collateral that helps improve the customer experience and functional business processes. Provide insights to the business to form an outside perspective, where the customer plays the central role. Engage with the people who either directly or indirectly impact customers. Subject matter expert around the latest technical tools, languages and applied modeling as well as proven practices related to the data analysis. Designing and implementing enablement programs and a variety of support channels. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Responsible for delivery against our strategic initiatives involving data analysis. + Takes an proactive approach to Innovating ways to better improve actionable Insights + Collaborates across the CCO to deliver world class analytics in order to delight Dell customers + Engage with IT business partners to ensure availability and accessibility of infrastructure + Responsible for advocating for customer experience within the company or line of business **SKILLS** **·** Goal Oriented, Results Driven. **·** Ability work in a matrix environment. **·** Organizational and Presentation skills. **·** **A** nalytical, Statistical, Data Science experience.
