Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies is recruiting for an Senior Sales Analyst to be located in Raynham, MA to support our Medical Devices business within our Global Orthopeadics Spine Platform.

  • The Senior Sales Analyst will provide sales performance reporting and support to evaluate account and regional sales performance for the global Spine business using various reporting tools. 
  • The ideal candidate must be capable of extracting data from a sales data warehouse utilizing various querying tools to create multi- level reports and dashboards either in Excel or in Cognos.  This role requires the ability to resolve routine system problems relative to the various business systems in place. 
  • Responsibilities include maintaining various sales and intercompany reports, and multiple distribution lists which are used extensively throughout the organization, and developing and utilizing revenue dashboards for executive reviews. 
  • The Senior Sales Analyst is responsible for accurately tracking and communicating with all personnel within the DARWIN regional commercial teams and various other functional areas. 
  • The Candidate will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the spine master SKU database as brands progress through various obsolescence stages.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of total business experience is required.  
  • Experience within tracking and analyzing global sales performance and/or data is required.
  • Experience within a regulated industry is preferred; Medical Devices, Regulatory or Quality experience is also preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are required
  • Strong Problem Solving skills are required.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required. 
  • Highly collaborative individual is required
  • Working Knowledge of MS Access, Cognos, JD Edwards and/or SAP is all preferred.
  • This position is based in Raynham, MA and may require up to 10% travel.
