**Job Description:** A successful candidate will have previously worked in a technical sales support role in an IT service company, a systems integrator, or a cloud-oriented technology company, or was a finance or business operations analyst in an IT department at a Fortune 1000 company heavily using virtualized or cloud-based IT environment. **Essential Job Functions** + Financial analysis and modeling including pipeline, sales cycle and deal metrics + Interacting with Sales Operations Executive and other Sales personnel + Report creation and analysis + Go-to-market Sales Enablement **Requirements** + MBA or other similar qualifications, with 7-10 years of experience + Strong knowledge of SalesForce.com and other CRP Platforms + Knowledge of sales process, compensation, organization models, and other aspects of sales operations + Ability to connect front-end sales activity with back-end financial reporting and analysis + Excellent business analysis and basic financial modeling skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Demonstrated experience communicating value, progress, and metrics (status) of key projects to required stakeholders and diverse audiences (technical and business) + Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and approaches independently and apply those concepts to customers’ needs + Ability to work as part of a geographically dispersed team + Strong oral and written communication skills in English **EMC Values:** When you choose our company, you join a diverse world of innovative thought leaders.
