Are you a scientific and technical leader in the area of skin care and health from personal cleansing, with particular emphasis on baby skin?
The successful candidate will interact strongly with product science, clinical, and various expertise groups to create and drive new technologies, new claims, and new insightful testing methods to our skin cleansing and personal care business, particularly in the areas of mildness, moisturization, and baby care. In addition they will need to build a network of academic, clinical, and medical external professionals, to maintain and expand our expertise & authority programs. As such they will need to have proven leadership ability as well as excellent project management and communication skills.
· Ph.D. in either Biochemistry, Chemistry or closely related discipline.
· At least 3 years’ experience working in skin/product interactions, particularly surfactants.
· Good understanding of clinical testing and protocols and the biochemistry and structure/function of the skin.
· Experience working with key opinion formers in the dermatological and pediatric skin area is highly desirable, as well as experience establishing and working with external/academic collaborations.
· At least 3 years of project management experience.
· Strong written & oral communication skills
