• BS in a life sciences discipline with 3+ years relevant experience or a masters degree in a life sciences discipline
• Deep expertise in molecular biology and design
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Demonstrated knowledge of molecular biology with a track record of publications in peer review journals
• Ability to creatively solve problems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a results-oriented team environment
