The Senior Software Development Engineer will review, analyze, and modify financial and investment-type programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and operates with autonomy.


  • Developing on large scale financial calculations and producing data analytics and financial reporting solutions
  • Will document work performed
  • Ensure accurate reporting for financial/regulatory purposes to help our business partners make good investment and financial decisions.
  • Uses creativity in solving problems and enjoys learning & working with new technologies
  • Interact with business customers to understand requirements and work through testing and issues


  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Strategic, thoughtful, likes to drive new technology adoption, goal oriented, able to partner with business customers and operate with latitude; fast learner and highly motivated with excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Experience with .Net development for web interface and backend processing including knowledge of Angular-JS,, Bootstrap, C#, HTML, JavaScript, Oracle, SQL databases, Visual Studio Visual Basic, VB.NET, Telerik
  • Must be well versed in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project)
  • Knowledge of working with on premise infrastructure and ability to work with vendor packages
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prefer: Experience with cloud technologies
