We are currently located in the heart of downtown Montreal in 1501 McGill College.
Fully integrated to the development team of our ECAT software (based on .Net, SQL, C/C++/C# technologies), you will be responsible for handling Level 3 support issues with our biggest customers. You will have to troubleshoot complex issues related to the setup, architecture and usage of the product. You will have to communicate directly with customers, perform remote work sessions (webex) and follow-up on resolution. You will also have access to the source code of the software and might be required to write the tools required to optimize your support operations. This position is highly flexible when it comes to work hours and work from home.
• Bacc. in Computer Science, engineering or DEC with equivalent expérience;
• Bilinguism with strong written and spoken english skills and the ability to understand foreign accents;
• Autonomous and good team player;
• Relevant experience in complex application support;
• Ability to work under pressure and self-train;
• MS-SQL knowledge is considered an important skill;
• Interest in solving complex technical challenges and in computer securityin general.
