We are a team of dedicated software developers building enterprise style applications for Mixed Reality. We code in C# and use Unity. Artists and designers are close collaborators that we partner with every single day. You are a talented software developer who loves building immersive experiences. You take pride in learning from customers and adjusting plans based on those insights.

Responsibilities:

•Collaborate with a cross-discipline team to build features in our application

•Engaging with and observing our users to craft a fantastic application in an agile environment

•Mentor and act as a role model for junior developers

•Demonstrate technical leadership by identifying and filling gaps, defining architecture, and writing high quality code

Basic Qualifications:

•5 years of software development experience

•Bachelors in Computer Science

Preferred Qualifications:

•7+ years of professional software development

•Development using Unity or another 3D development engine

•C#, C++, Java, or equivalent experience

•Deep C# proficiency

•Excellent debugging and optimization skills in a multi-threaded environment

•Solid background in general interactive 3D application or game engineering (AI, effects, physics, graphics or networking)

•Shipped multiple products or titles

•Strong 3D math background

•Self-motivated and comfortable dealing with the ambiguity of V1 and incubation work

Bonus Experience:

•UWP (Universal Windows Platform) development experience

•Startup experience, v1 product experience, or similar background
