The CRM Solutions Team within Prudential’s Retirement division is looking for talented individuals to help drive Business value. Our group works closely with our business partners to support and develop software. Candidates should possess the ability to develop and support in a cloud based application, research issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. We are looking for someone who is customer focused, loves challenges and can work collaboratively.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop solutions utilizing contemporary and modern technologies
  • Work closely with product owners to understand business as well as customer needs
  • Transform user stories into workable and testable components
  • Research product issues and provide solutions for remediation
  • Actively participate in project/scrum meetings and technical design sessions
  • Partner closely with the Analyst, Testers and other developers in a fast pace collaborative environment

Qualifications:
Must possess an undergraduate or graduate level degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field or equivalent relevant experience. Other qualifications include:
  • 5 of experience in the development and design of complex applications
  • Salesforce and Cloud computing knowledge is a major plus
  • Proficiency in any mainstream programming languages - knowledge of one or more technologies including Java, C , .Net, C#, or C is a plus
  • Prior experience with enterprise integration utilizing services and other techniques a plus
  • Ambition to learn and utilize emerging technologies while working in a stimulating team environment.
  • Professional attitude and the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and tactful manner
  • Experience delivering business capabilities for Wealth Management, Banking, or Retirement business is an asset
  • Understanding of the broad technical architectures to ensure ongoing alignment, driving the technical roadmap for key applications and platforms
  • Familiarity with continuous delivery, configuration management, continuous integration, and source control software processes and tools a requirement
  • Knowledge of different SDLC Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc)
  • Excellent multi-tasker capable of handling multiple projects at any one time
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt to change quickly and easily
