Job Description

  • Demonstrates full proficiency in handling assignments independently with little guidance.
  • Collects, compiles, and analyzes moderately complex data and information.
  • Generates own correspondence and composes straightforward written descriptions of results.
  • Requires the ability to exercise some judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
  • May arrange and coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, book travel, greet guests, answer phones, create power point presentations, and perform expense reviews in support of the Finance Department, 3-4 executives.


Required Qualifications

  • Strong PC/software skills required.
  • Requires good oral and written communication skills for the preparation of reports and presentations as well good customer relation skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Typically progressed to this level from Support Assistant position; considered a seasoned Administrative Assistant.
  • Sound knowledge of the unit’s business procedures, products and services, production reporting systems and internal and external customers.
  • Good analytical ability to collect, assemble, and organize data
  • Competency: Focuses on Customers

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
